Printer-friendly versionSend by emailPDF version

These digital collections are the result of digitisatiuon or start life "born digital", are made up of searchable, browsable and downloadable information and are created for a reason: they serve particular user groups and intend to answer these user group's  information needs.

To create an  ADLSN countries  [Greenstone..]  overview of  digital collections that are in progress or offered as full Digital Library Service  and learn more about these intentions and ways of access, a mini-survey was done mid 2010 asking for the following background information:

Institution/ Country  Collection title + description  No. of docs  Access  Types of docs  URL

The overview is accessible as PDF document: see below.

Is your organisation's work in the list but you want to update?

Please drop us a line at info[@]adlsn.org

Would you like to have your [Greenstone ..] collection(s) added to the list?

Contact us  at info[@]adlsn.org and we will send the (short) survey form - including asking for an URL  or  some screenshots and asking for usage statistics (if any).

Revision history of the ADLSN countries digital collections overview:  19-12-2011 Namibia DNA collections added.
